FOUNDER & LEAD DESIGNER
Alisa Smalls is a small town girl hailing from rural South Carolina. Growing up on a farm and with a loving family, never in her wildest dreams believed her life would consist of designing stylized florals and event decor for some of life’s most memorable celebrations. After the achievement of earning an MS degree in Health Administration, her love of fashion, interior design, and creativity did not allow her to stay in Corporate America. As a result, Perfect Creations was born.
For fifteen years, Alisa and her team have designed luxurious events featuring stylized florals for fabulous clients who have a love for flowers, value luxe designs, beautiful environments, art, world traveling, and personalized events that celebrates life’s milestone events and achievements.
